If the inquiry is regarding troubleshooting of application, etc., please include the following information.

• Your name
• Your e-mail address
• Type of device (e.g. smartphone, tablet, Windows PC, Macintosh, etc.)
• Device model (e.g. iPhoneX, etc.)
• OS and version number (e.g. iOS 8.0, etc.)
• Application version number
  For ver.1.2.0 and later, the version number is displayed on the upper left corner of the notification screen immediately after startup. Please note that the notification screen will be displayed only when connected to the Internet.
• Screenshot of where problem occurred (e.g. startup screen, theme selection screen, model viewing screen, VR screen, AR screen, knit fabric viewer, etc.)
• Detailed description of problem
  Please include a screenshot showing the problem whenever possible.
